Money Back Guarantee
Madame Korner offers all customers a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee on the 1st purchase of any new item.
New item refers to the purchase of any item that the customer has not purchased from Madame Korner before.
A customer is entitled to return the product within a 14 day period, from receiving the product, for any reason, and receive thereafter their money back (to the value of the item purchased, excluding shipping), store credit (to the value of the item purchased, excluding shipping) , or a product of the same value (to the value of the item purchased, excluding shipping).
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Any items purchased on sale will be refunded to the amount paid at purchase.
The Money Back Guarantee is not applicable to items which have been paid for in full using vouchers, coupons, discount codes or any other discount.
If an item is purchased partly with a discount & partly by credit card, Afterpay, Paypal or similar, then the customer is only entitled to the amount paid by the method other then discount.
For items purchased through Afterpay, Madame Korner will contact Afterpay to request the amount be refunded. The refunded amount will be issued to the purchaser by Afterpay.
The purchaser will cover the cost of returning the products to Madame Korner's specified address in Sydney, which is non refundable.
Please note: Variations in sizing are not considered different items. For example, if a customer purchases a 50ml version of a product, and then subsequently purchases the same product in a larger or smaller format, or different packaging formats, the second purchase in a different size or format is NOT considered a different item, and can therefore not be claimed.
Madame Korner reserves the right to cancel, amend or update its Money Back Guarantee policy at any time, without the need to inform customers of changes. Customers are entitled to the terms of the Money Back Guarantee policy in line with the version of the policy published at the time & date of their purchase.
Claiming Money Back Guarantee
To claim the Money Back Guarantee, the customer must complete the following steps:
1. Contact Madame Korner via email within 14 days of receiving the goods. (email@example.com)
2. State in the email the item(s) the customer would like to claim the Money Back Guarantee for.
3. The Madame Korner team will review the claim, and confirm if the customer has not purchased the item in the past. Claim may take up to 7 days to review.
4. If successful, the customer will then be provided with a mailing address to return the goods to.
5. Upon receiving the correct goods, Madame Korner will issue a refund within 7 days.
