Shipping policy

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We have a 1-5 business day handling time on processing and shipping all orders, excluding weekends and public holidays (unless otherwise stated).

We ship Australian orders from our partner location in Sydney, and use Australia Post as our primary carrier. All Australian orders over $69 receive standard free shipping, which is automatically calculated at checkout. Orders under $69 incur a $9.95 shipping cost, Australia wide.

Shipping times may increase without notice due to high demand, carrier demand or holiday periods. Any advice given on shipping time is reflective of expected delivery dates, but are not a guarantee.  

The free shipping applies only to Australian orders, and please note that we do not offer express shipping.

If you have special delivery instructions please include them as notes in your order, or email us directly at mk@madamekorner.com. You should also note any specific instructions to delivery drivers via email to mk@madamekorner.com. Please include your order number.

Although great care is taken to ensure all deliveries get dispatched in the allocated time period; in times of higher than normal order volume we hold the right to extend the 1-5 business day processing time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship International orders from our partner location in Sydney, and use various international carriers. All International orders incur a $45 shipping cost, world wide.

Orders are dispatched within the same time frame as Australian orders. However, delivery times will vary depending on the seasonality, custom restrictions, & carrier capacity.
